— WHAT IS THE TRAINING

A journey that reshapes how you experience yourself

Nondual Healing Training is for people who feel a genuine call to evolve — to meet the places that feel stuck or fragmented with compassion, and to grow into a steadier sense of aliveness, clarity, and freedom.

It is a natural complement to therapy, coaching and other healing arts. A palette of 16 healings are taught across this four-year programme — not as techniques to apply, but as a living, embodied practice.

The training is offered in one-to-one sessions. The journey is thorough — and while many techniques are taught, the aim is to cultivate insight, understanding, presence, and the embodiment of our true selves.

Nondual Healing training is both a path of personal awakening and a rigorous training in a unique healing method. Offered in one-to-one sessions similar to other therapeutic practices,  it serves as a natural complement to therapy, coaching and other healing arts. A palette of 16 healings are taught in this four-year program.

These healings developed by Jason Shulman arise from his unique nondual understanding of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. They are deeply sensitive and powerful methods to nurture change and guide people-through awakening. The method rests on the inner shifts of consciousness that the student-healer undergoes through the training process as their sense of self and the ways they meet life transform.

The study is thorough and whilst many techniques are taught, the journey is not technique driven; rather, we aim to cultivate insight, understanding, presence and the embodiment of our true selves.

This integration of personal awakening along with learning technical skills lies at the heart of the NKH program.

It is taught in an atmosphere of safety, love, integrity and acceptance. The work is deep and at times challenging, yet is filled with the spirit of joy, laughter and kindness.

—THE PERSONAL JOURNEY

Year one — begins with an open-hearted embrace of the self.

Kindness is the ground we stand upon as we learn to accept ourselves exactly as we are, even as we reach towards growth. This foundational stance offers us both the refuge to be just as we are and the field in which to integrate fresh self-knowledge, deep insights into the human condition and healing perspectives that guide us on a path of personal evolution.

We begin to see how, in everyday life, we often over-identify with the ego, caught fast in its narratives and interpretations that we come to experience ourselves as fundamentally separate beings. This disconnection isolates us from each other and separates us from our own deeper nature. It is the root of much of our human suffering. The teachings of this first year begin to soften the ego into something more spacious: a portal to deeper being. These shifts open up new possibilities for the deepening of all kinds of relationships—with ourselves, with others, and with the nature of life.

This training addresses the question:

How do we change not only our thoughts or beliefs but our very experience of life?

Nondual Practices For Agile Living

We often experience our lives as distinct, separate beings yet also sense that life is a unity, more connected than this. This work uses nondual practice to help us live across both realities, not in theory, but in everyday moments. When we’re able to move more freely between separation and connection, life feels creatively alive, deeply meaningful and more responsive.
