capable of holding everything you are and the complexity of your life.

Across 21 days, you’ll receive short daily audio teachings that explore the practice from many angles, supporting a gradual shift in how you relate to your inner world.

You’ll learn different ways of meeting
thoughts, emotions, identities, and patterns within a field of awareness that is steady, inclusive, and most of all kind.

This is a practice designed to be lived.
It weaves naturally into daily life-
into moments of ease and moments of challenge alike.

    You do not need any prior meditation experience.

    Whether you are completely new, returning after years away, or already immersed in inner work, this practice meets you exactly where you are.

    Many experienced practitioners are surprised by its depth. Many beginners are relieved by its kindness.

    Come as you are. That is the practice.

  • This course is not promising a life overhaul.

    What it offers is more meaningful:

    A new inner posture.

    You will begin to notice:

    • less reactivity
    • greater emotional capacity
    • more self-trust
    • a softer, steadier nervous system
    • increased clarity in situations that once tangled you

    But perhaps most importantly:

    You start discovering that you can be with your life without abandoning yourself inside it.

  • This meditation is designed to be sustainable and integrated within real life.

    The actual meditation takes about 7 minutes and can be extended as you wish. The daily accompanying audios which give additional teachings about the main practice range from 3-6 minutes long.

    More important than duration is the spirit you bring: showing up, just as you are.

    This is not about carving out a perfect life.
    It is about learning how to be present within the life you already have.
